Screen Printing production

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a well-established technique for creating custom designs on fabrics. It's known for its durability, affordability for larger quantities, and ability to handle a wide range of colors and effects.

Core Specification

A mesh screen with a stencil of your design is used to transfer ink onto the fabric. The ink is forced through the open areas of the screen, leaving a sharp image on the garment.

Technical Advantages

  • Reliable and cost-effective for large quantities
  • Vibrant, durable colors that last wash after wash
  • Great for bold logos, text and simple graphics
  • Popular choice for businesses & organisations

DTF Printing production

DTF Printing

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a versatile technique that allows full-colour designs to be applied to a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends and even non-traditional materials like leather.

Core Specification

Instead of printing directly on the garment, DTF prints your design onto a special PET film first. The design is then transferred onto the fabric using heat and pressure.

Technical Advantages

  • Versatility: works on a wider range of fabrics than DTG
  • Vibrant colours with crisp, high-resolution detail
  • Durable & washable — resists cracking and fading
  • White ink capability for vivid prints on dark fabrics

Mug Printing production

Mug Printing

Mug printing lets you personalise mugs with designs, logos, photos or text. Our preferred technique — dye sublimation — is prized for its durability and vibrant, photo-quality results.

Core Specification

Your design is printed onto sublimation transfer paper, wrapped around the mug, and heat-pressed. Under heat and pressure the ink turns to gas and bonds permanently with the mug's coating.

Production Process

  • Image preparation on sublimation transfer paper
  • Transfer paper wrapped tightly around the mug
  • Heat press applies high heat & pressure
  • Dye transforms into the mug's coating as it cools

Sublimation Printing production

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto various materials, particularly polyester fabrics and specially coated items, delivering stunning, long-lasting results.

Core Specification

Your design is printed in reverse onto sublimation paper. Under a heat press, the ink turns to gas, penetrates the material, and solidifies as it cools — creating a permanent bond that won't crack or peel.

Production Process

  • Design created digitally to your exact specification
  • Printed in reverse onto sublimation transfer paper
  • Heat press applies high heat & pressure
  • Ink sublimates and bonds permanently with the material

Embroidery Works production

Embroidery Works

Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with needle and thread. It's a time-tested technique that creates intricate designs, logos, lettering and detailed artwork using computerised embroidery machines for precision and consistency.

Core Specification

Your design is digitised into a stitch pattern the embroidery machine can follow, with exact stitch types, thread colours and placement mapped out before a single stitch is made.

Production Process

  • Design digitisation into a machine-readable stitch file
  • Machine threaded and set up with chosen colours
  • Stabiliser applied to keep fabric taut while stitching
  • Machine stitches the design with precise placement
